ABOUT JASON DURAN
Jason is one of the most experienced and accomplished bowlers in the state of Colorado. He has over ten years experience in the pro shop industry but what sets him apart from everybody else is the level of experience that he has as a competitor. He competed on the PBA Regional and National Tours for seven years enjoying quite a bit of success. He has 3 PBA Regional Titles including his most recent victory here at Golden Bowl in September 2011. Perhaps his biggest accomplishment while bowling on tour was in 2000 when he made the TV telecast for the ABC Masters and finished in 4th place, his highest finish on the national tour. Early on in Jason's bowling career he attended Wichita State University and bowled collegiately for one of the most storied programs in the country which has churned out such PBA stars as Chris Barnes, Sean Rash, Patrick Healey Jr., and Lonnie Waliczek. He is also a former member of Team USA and a Team Challenge Champion. In the last couple of years he has been racking up some local accomplishments including winning a record 4 Colorado Scratch Bowlers Tour (CSBT) Titles and becoming the CSBT Bowler of the Year in the 2010-2011 Season. He has also won the Denver Masters, Greeley Masters, and the Highland Park Open in the past. In January 2012 he joined Storm as a member of the bowling staff and will be representing the company on and off the lanes.
